Our story
A family recipe, kept simple
Kiki Empanadas started in a home kitchen in Kissimmee with one recipe, a rolling pin, and a lot of neighbors asking for more. We still fold every empanada by hand, still season everything the same way, and still bake in small batches so nothing sits waiting.
Whether it's a dozen for a Friday night or three hundred for a wedding, it's the same dough and the same care.
